Our goal is to improve the basic strength, power, speed and general fitness of our athletes, which improves athleticism and competitive performance. Lightning Speed Training exposes your athlete to speed and agility workouts, strength and plyometric circuits, along with endurance conditioning exercises. To note, our training emphasizes improving running form, flexibility and injury prevention.
